MIDS is a complex client-server solution licensed for each automated workplace and the server.
We designate 4 MIDS workplaces, each for one of the following roles: UI Designer, Usability Researcher, Usability Testing Lead, Respondent. Each workplace involves relevant system components.

- UI Designer workplace – per desktop installation
- Usability Researcher workplace – per desktop installation
- Usability Testing Lead workplace – free (server account payment only)
- Respondent workplace– per Desktop / Handset installation
- Server – license includes Web Testing Control Center and accounts for a number of workplaces. G5 provides server hosting upon request
